Dr. Barnali Banerjee is an accomplished researcher and academic with 14 years of experience in teaching and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, specializing in Remote Sensing.
As a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Czech Advanced Technology and Research Institute (CATRIN), Palacký University, Czech Republic, Dr. Banerjee worked on Genetic Algorithm-based system development for de novo drug design, contributing to advancements in AI-driven drug discovery.
Her research interests span image processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI. With a strong publication record, she has authored papers in more than 11 SCOPUS and Web of Science-indexed high-impact journals and IEEE conferences.
