Dr. Shantaram K. Dond is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at MIT World Peace University, Pune, with 12+ years of academic and research experience. He holds a Ph.D. from HBNI (BARC Mumbai), an M.Tech from COEP, and a B.E. from Pune University.
A Multiphysics Simulation Engineer and EV training expert, Dr. Dond specializes in finite element analysis, transient field calculations, and pulse power systems using COMSOL, LS-DYNA, and MATLAB.
